1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "Player") and 96win ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 96win platform, including all associated gaming, betting, and financial services accessible via 96win.bio and its subdomains.

By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager on the 96win platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies incorporated herein by reference — including, without limitation, the 96win Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 96win, you must at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age. 96win strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 in compliance with international gaming authority regulations. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• Be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, consultant, or contractor of 96win or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• Be acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• Not have been previously excluded or banned from the 96win platform under its Responsible Gaming or prohibited conduct policies.

96win reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Any account created in breach of these eligibility conditions may be suspended or permanently closed, and any winnings forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active 96win account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. 96win will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 96win will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials that occurs without fault on our part.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under international gaming authority requirements, 96win may request identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — before processing withdrawal requests or at any other time deemed appropriate by the Company.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 96win platform are transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits as published on the platform.

96win does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals to Members. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which 96win accepts no liability.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds, or to a method that has been verified through KYC to belong to the account holder. 96win reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of any amount. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and not guaranteed; actual times may vary depending on payment provider processing periods.

Funds deposited into your 96win account must not originate from criminal activity or unlawful sources. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited are legally yours and free from any encumbrance.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 96win are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 96win promotions include:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per individual, household, IP address, or payment method.
• 96win reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Members who have accepted an active offer.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including through arbitrage, matched betting using promotional funds, or collusion — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 96win platform are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to the game or market in question, as published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

96win reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error — including due to a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or live data feed — regardless of whether the relevant event has concluded. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's account.

Maximum payout limits apply per game, per event, and per account, as specified in the platform rules. Payouts exceeding published limits may be reduced to the applicable maximum at 96win's sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 96win platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with or manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity conducted via the 96win platform.
• Opening accounts on behalf of or in the name of another person.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical errors to generate undue profit.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Any conduct that 96win determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be abusive, harmful, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

8. Responsible Gaming

96win is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Members have access to the following tools directly within their account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a self-selected period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 96win platform.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen time reminders during gaming sessions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 96win platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 96win or its licensed game suppliers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or reverse-engineered without the express prior written consent of 96win.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 96win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. 96win's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

96win does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned downtime may occur. 96win will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

11. Privacy

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by 96win is governed by the 96win Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments

96win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 96win support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of 96win's international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 96win's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international gaming authority.
